Refund policy

Refunds or Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect ordering, due to the nature of the products supplied.

We can offer you a store credit for the value of your order should you wish to cancel your order after placing it.

If previews are not approved within 24hrs it will be posted as your preview.

In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact me within 7 days with a description and photos of the fault or issue. Faulty items will need to be returned prior to a refund or replacement being issued at buyers expense.
