Shipping policy
Processing times are located on top of our website page, please be aware of this before ordering if you are needing something by a certain date. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee delivery times on behalf of Australia Post. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once orders are completed, I will post 1-2 days after.
We have express post available at the checkout, this is purely Australia Post delivery time, our normal processing time still applies. Processing times are located at the top of our website.
Please note that Spesh4U have no control over any delays experienced with Australia Post and they do experience delays during holiday times, (Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day etc)
All orders that are posted are supplied with a unique Tracking Number, this helps to locate the parcel in the event it should go missing. Please contact me if you believe an item may be lost in transit.
The first step will be to have Australia Post begin an investigation, They will then either locate the parcel and send it back on it's way or deem it as lost.
In the event Australia Post class the parcel as lost, I will offer a replacement.
Please note this does not include parcels that have been scanned as 'Delivered'.
If previews are not approved within 24hrs it will be posted as your preview.
